Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires with proper documentation and orientation.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, final settlements, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including contracts, attendance, and payroll data.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address employment-related disputes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or legal compliance, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations is a plus.
