Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for leadership, technical, and soft skills development.
- Lead a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and implement targeted solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to measure training effectiveness and ROI, refining programs based on insights.
- Oversee the integration of digital learning platforms and e-learning tools to enhance accessibility.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through tailored learning interventions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent at all organizational levels.
