Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition processes.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the company's hiring needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Enhance the company's employer brand through engaging recruitment marketing campaigns and a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
