Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and local regulations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in collaboration with finance and external partners.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
