Responsibility
- Design and execute comprehensive learning and development programs to upskill employees across all levels.
- Develop and manage talent acquisition and succession planning strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Implement performance management systems to track, evaluate, and enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs, delivering targeted solutions.
- Oversee HR projects related to employee well-being, retention, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of development programs and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all HC-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Capital Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in designing training programs, leadership development frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
