Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, fostering engagement, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely compensation for all employees.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve retention, performance management, and career development.
- Handle office administration, including vendor management, supply procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Organize company events, training programs, and team-building activities to boost morale and collaboration.
- Maintain HR records and databases with meticulous attention to confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and office management is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
