Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and role requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career progression.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and create strategic hiring plans.
- Conduct needs assessments to design targeted learning and development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs based on feedback and business needs.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for workforce planning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in recruitment and training.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms; experience with automotive industry HR processes is a plus.
- Ability to design and deliver interactive training sessions (in-person and virtual).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
