Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, to foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a retail or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
