Responsibility
- Design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies in the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and career development paths.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for workforce optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on L&D and full-spectrum HR.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
