Responsibility
- Oversee daily hub operations, including last-mile delivery and first-mile pickup coordination to ensure on-time processing.
- Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency, reducing bottlenecks and improving turnaround times for parcels.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and external partners to resolve operational issues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates, hub capacity, and resource utilization.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to enhance hub productivity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the central logistics team to align hub activities with regional and national operational goals.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, equipment, and documentation to maintain compliance with company policies.
- Assist in training and onboarding new hub staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hub operations, warehouse management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of last-mile and first-mile logistics processes in e-commerce or express delivery sectors.
- Proficient in using logistics management software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and local transportation networks is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as operational needs arise.
