Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the Shopee logistics hub, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, couriers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics staff, providing training, performance feedback, and support to drive productivity.
- Analyze operational data (e.g., delivery times, error rates) to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., customer service, sales) to resolve logistics-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, with a focus on e-commerce fulfillment (preferred).
- Proven track record in managing logistics hubs, distribution centers, or warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and driving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking tools, and logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic e-commerce landscape.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
