Join a dynamic team as an Export Import Officer in the heart of Bali’s thriving trade hub. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in customs documentation, trade compliance, and logistics coordination. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless import/export operations, leveraging your knowledge of PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang), PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and PPK Online systems for quarantine and customs applications.
Based in Badung, Bali, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline trade processes, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with Indonesian and international regulations. Your expertise will directly contribute to operational efficiency and cost savings for our clients.

Responsibility
- Prepare and submit accurate PIB, PEB, and PPK Online documents for customs and quarantine clearance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, trade laws, and international shipping standards.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government agencies to facilitate smooth import/export processes.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in customs documentation to avoid delays or penalties.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tariff classifications, duty rates, and trade agreements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, finance) to align import/export activities with business objectives.
- Generate reports on trade activities, costs, and compliance metrics for management review.
- Provide guidance to team members on best practices for customs procedures and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export/import operations, customs clearance, or trade compliance.
- Proficient in Indonesian customs systems (PIB, PEB, PPK Online, and other Kepabeanan applications).
- Strong understanding of HS codes, tariffs, and trade regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience working with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex customs issues.
