Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the shipment of products, both domestically and internationally, in accordance with company SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain daily shipment reports to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and customers to resolve any shipping-related issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and update records to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments.
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide updates on order statuses.
- Continuously improve shipping processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
