Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead safety training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to regulatory bodies and senior management as required.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE supervision, preferably in construction, property development, or facility management.
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and influence teams at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
