Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure timely reporting and follow-up on safety incidents.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and project planning.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including KPIs, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and availability of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging HSE technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (e.g., K3, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) and international standards.
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety and environmental challenges.
