Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive HSE reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
- Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental best practices.
- Oversee building management systems, including maintenance, security, and energy efficiency, to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve organizational practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HSE programs, conduct risk assessments, and manage compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building management, facility operations, or related areas is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a benefit.
