Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
- Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
- Monitor and maintain HSE documentation and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE coordination or a similar role.
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
