Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards to visualize HSE and facilities data, enabling real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline approvals, notifications, and data collection processes.
- Build and maintain Power Apps solutions to digitize forms, inspections, and incident reporting for HSE compliance.
- Manage and optimize SharePoint sites, Lists, and Teams to centralize documentation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Perform data modeling and transformation using Power Query to clean, integrate, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Collaborate with HSE and facilities teams to identify pain points and deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Train end-users on new systems and tools, ensuring high adoption rates and proficiency across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2+ years) with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and data modeling for business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and facilities management processes is a plus.
- Experience in automating business processes and developing custom solutions for operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint are highly advantageous.
