Responsibility
- Manage the distribution, collection, and maintenance of employee uniforms.
- Ensure uniforms are clean, well-maintained, and available for staff as needed.
- Assist the HR team with onboarding processes, including uniform fittings and issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory and employee assignments.
- Coordinate with laundry services to ensure timely cleaning and repairs.
- Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities and compliance training.
- Address employee uniform-related concerns and provide solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with management to improve uniform policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HR or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in HR, hospitality, or uniform management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
