Responsibility
- Develop, organize, and facilitate training modules for new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and organizational requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with department heads to schedule workshops, seminars, and continuous development sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, databases, and attendance documentation.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and instructional content to keep pace with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR training or organizational development role.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Batangas City.
