Responsibility
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for open positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions aligned with business goals.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback to support career development.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, talent management, or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly advantageous.
