Responsibility

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and administer payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies, including the preparation of necessary reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, team-building activities, and employee wellness programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
