Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the HR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent in Bali’s competitive job market.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees and support their professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including payroll, benefits, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus but not required.
