Responsibility

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable packages.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
