Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, salaries, benefits, and tax information.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
- Assist in the calculation of bonuses, allowances, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
- Liaise with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with financial systems.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or local Indonesian systems) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a temporary or reliever capacity.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
