Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates to meet business needs.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, career development paths, and retention strategies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness while adhering to budget constraints.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism, promoting a positive work environment.
- Drive HR digital transformation by leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a multinational or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in international HR a advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting to measure and improve HR metrics.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software tools.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
