In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. Responsibility

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems to drive productivity and career development.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate L&D programs to upskill the workforce.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize HR strategies and improve decision-making.
  • Culture Building: Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • HR Software Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to address complex HR challenges.
  • Leadership: Ability to mentor HR teams and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
  • Cultural Agility: Experience working in multicultural environments is highly desirable.
