Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily timekeeping and attendance monitoring using HRIS or manual systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and government-mandated contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Process payroll-related data in coordination with the finance team, verifying hours worked, overtime, and deductions.
- Maintain confidential employee records, both digital and physical, in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparation of contracts, orientation materials, and system access setup.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment terms with professionalism and discretion.
- Support performance management processes, including tracking appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Generate HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance) for management review and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, timekeeping, or benefits management (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (preferred but not required for Bali-based candidates).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based there).
