Responsibility
- Process and verify employee timesheets for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and personal data updates.
- Assist in payroll preparation by coordinating with the finance team and resolving discrepancies.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate training programs to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
