Responsibility
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Lead employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and workplace wellness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning, talent retention, and organizational development needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
- Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus.
