Responsibility
- Conduct psychological assessments and behavioral interviews for potential candidates
- Administer and interpret various psychological tests (including BEI) for recruitment and development purposes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and competency frameworks
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs
- Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation using MS Office tools
- Support organizational development projects based on psychological principles
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology (S1 Psikologi) from an accredited university
- Proven experience with psychological assessment tools and Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to join the company immediately is highly preferred
