Responsibility
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Oversee HR policies and compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent development.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven ability to design training programs and conduct effective interviews.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
