Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various operational roles.
- Oversee accurate timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management for employees.
- Facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Assist in the preparation and validation of payroll-related data to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS databases with strict confidentiality.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist capacity or similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
- Deep understanding of timekeeping systems and payroll preparation processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel) and HR information systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
