You will play a crucial role in maintaining company culture, facilitating seamless onboarding experiences, and ensuring that all administrative processes adhere to labor regulations. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various operational roles.
  • Oversee accurate timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management for employees.
  • Facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Assist in the preparation and validation of payroll-related data to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS databases with strict confidentiality.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist capacity or similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in recruitment practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of timekeeping systems and payroll preparation processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel) and HR information systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
