Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Facilitate smooth candidate experiences through clear communication.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR operations (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to short-term project demands.
