As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our human resources department. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, your role will be integral to our success. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about people and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibility
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing support and guidance to both employees and management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of HR-related documents and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
