Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and performance-based incentives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to track workforce trends, turnover rates, and recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
