Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and allowances.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Resolve payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and professional guidance.
- Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System) records for payroll and benefits data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, benefits summaries, and other HR analytics for management review.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, by providing payroll and benefits-related insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payroll and benefits administration to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll and benefits concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- Certification in payroll or HR (e.g., CPP, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
