Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment of foreign workers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee expatriate employment processes, including work permits, visas, and relocation assistance.
  • Administer payroll for international employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures for foreign hires, aligning with company and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies, immigration authorities, and external vendors to facilitate smooth workforce mobility.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related queries, particularly for expatriates.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as recruitment efficiency, retention rates, and payroll accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on foreign worker recruitment and expatriate management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, immigration regulations, and payroll systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or global organization is highly desirable.
