Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment of foreign workers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee expatriate employment processes, including work permits, visas, and relocation assistance.
- Administer payroll for international employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures for foreign hires, aligning with company and legal requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies, immigration authorities, and external vendors to facilitate smooth workforce mobility.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related queries, particularly for expatriates.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as recruitment efficiency, retention rates, and payroll accuracy.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on foreign worker recruitment and expatriate management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, immigration regulations, and payroll systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a multicultural or global organization is highly desirable.
