Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for the Philippines market, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, including contract management, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, including tax filings, social security, and other statutory obligations.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippines labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience working in a multinational or remote team is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.
