Responsibility
- Oversee DMW licensing compliance, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and resolve employee concerns.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labor laws, DMW regulations, and internal policies.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee performance and compliance awareness.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to track recruitment efficiency, compliance status, and workforce trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compliance, recruitment, or licensing (DMW experience is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DMW regulations, and international HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
