  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
