Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
