In this role, you will act as the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and supporting the employee lifecycle. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS databases with high attention to detail.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll-related matters.
  • Support the preparation of monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the maintenance and archiving of employee files in accordance with data privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate training logistics and internal communications as required.
  • Support HR managers with ad-hoc reporting and administrative projects to streamline departmental workflows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or shared services environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to commit to a 3-month contract with the intent to transition to permanent employment.
