Responsibility
- Process HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data updates in HRIS systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate and timely HR support.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues and improve service delivery.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to work in a rotating shift environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in Indonesia is an advantage.
