Responsibility

  • Process HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data updates in HRIS systems.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate and timely HR support.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues and improve service delivery.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in Indonesia is an advantage.
