Responsibility
- Manage and execute end-to-end HR administrative processes for the EMEA region, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain employee lifecycle data in the HRIS (Workday), including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and self-service tools.
- Coordinate closely with regional payroll teams to ensure data accuracy for monthly payroll processing.
- Generate periodic HR metrics and ad-hoc reports to support regional leadership in data-driven decision-making.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Ensure all HR documentation and record-keeping adhere to GDPR and local data privacy standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within a Shared Services or BPO environment.
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for Workday knowledge.
- Solid understanding of EMEA HR practices and labor law fundamentals is highly advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work mid-shift or shifting schedules to support the EMEA timezone.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising eye for detail.
