Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals through proactive outreach, networking, and database management.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to refine recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote RecruitFirst’s reputation as a top IT recruitment partner through compelling job postings, social media, and candidate experiences.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate technical interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and clients.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in offer negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation packages that align with market standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, data scientists).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT skills, certifications, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud platforms).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency to engage with global clients and candidates.
- Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with passive candidates and industry leaders.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges in sourcing niche or high-demand IT talent.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
