Responsibility
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Oversee employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career progression initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical HR practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to address workforce challenges and optimize HR operations.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (S2) in Psychology or a related field.
- Valid SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikologi) certification.
- Minimum GPA of 3.30 from a reputable institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, assessment, or HR analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
