Responsibility
- Process and manage end-to-end monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll disbursement and reporting.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., tax filings, social security contributions) in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management promptly and professionally.
- Implement and improve payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in year-end payroll activities, including bonus calculations and tax documentation.
- Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an MNC or large organization.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local payroll systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is a plus.
