Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job openings.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification processes.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation and compliance.
- Participate in training programs to enhance recruitment and HR skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
