Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring processes for mid-to-senior-level roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify passive candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Employer Branding: Enhance PwCâs employer brand by crafting compelling job postings, career content, and candidate communications.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for critical roles to reduce time-to-hire.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates, reflecting PwCâs commitment to excellence.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere to local labor laws and PwCâs global recruitment standards.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on corporate or professional services recruitment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring for consulting, finance, or advisory roles is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills to engage stakeholders and candidates.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align recruitment strategies with business goals and market trends.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in multinational environments with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit and process improvements.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
