Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, with a focus on healthcare and technology sectors.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to source passive and active candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and proactively engage with potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, challenges, and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare, technology, or multinational environments.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Passion for talent acquisition, employer branding, and creating a positive candidate experience.
