Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, with a focus on healthcare and technology sectors.
- Conduct screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesā qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to source passive and active candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and proactively engage with potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in healthcare, technology, or multinational environments.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
